Mr. Berty Douglas is the Managing Director from the inception of the Lanka Paper Tubes & Packaging (Pvt) Ltd. Mr. Berty Douglas count over 35 years of experience in leadership roles and delivery management in the industry both locally and internationally leading multi-disciplinary teams of varied cultural environments, and has held the number of responsible positions in multinational companies.

Mr. Douglas holds the engineering degree specialized in chemical from University of Peradeniya Sri Lanka.

Prasanna De Silva

Director

Mr. Prasanna De Silva has over 25 years of experience in the packaging industry and he is an experienced leader in Engineering and Design aspect of Carlton Packaging.

Mr. Prasanna De Silva is a Director of the Lanka Paper Tubes & Packaging from the inception. Mr. Prasanna De Silva holds Engineering degree from the University of Moratuwa. Mr. Prasanna currently serves as Director of Smart Trading Asia (Pvt) Ltd, Rainbow Packaging (Pvt) Ltd and Silva Accessories (Pvt) Ltd.

RP Halwathura

Director

Mr. Rohana Halwathura is a serves as a Director of Lanka Paper Tubes & Packaging from the inception He count over 25 years of experience in the industry and his knowledge in new technologies enables him to present a greater value to customers.

Mr. Halwathura holds Engineering degree from the University of Moratuwa. He currently holds Director Positions in Smart Trading Asia (Pvt) Ltd, and Rainbow Packaging (Pvt) Ltd.

Darshana Halpage

Head of Finance Division

Mr. Darshana Halpage currently Heads the Finance Division of Lanka Paper Tubes & Packaging (Pvt) Ltd which he joined in April 2022. He counts over 12 years of experience in all Financial Analysis, Sourcing, financial reporting, Enterprise Risk Management and Financial Management.

Mr. Halpage is an Associate Member of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ACA-7780), holds an MBA (Postgraduate Institute of management PIM) at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.

Anuradha Lokuge

Human Resource Manager

Capt. Lokuge is currently Heads the Human Resources Department of Lanka Paper Tubes & Packaging (Pvt) Ltd; he joins with company in 2016.

He has Diploma in Human Resource Management and has over six years of experience in Human Resources. He is also served in defense services as commissioned officer for 12 years. In that period he has undergone oversees assignment as well.
